As a speaker, author, college professor and business owner, he has designed and applied practical marketing, sales, service, and relationship-building skills to net meaningful results.
Tony’s academic credentials include a B.S from Notre Dame, MBA from the University of Connecticut, and his PhD in marketing from Georgia State University. After earning his PhD in 1976, Tony worked as a professor of Marketing at the University of San Diego until becoming a full time professional speaker in 1979. Tony was inducted into the National Speaker’s Association Speakers Hall of Fame in 1985 and is a member of the Speakers Roundtable, a group of 20 of the world’s top professional speakers.
He is a widely published author with 14 books translated into 17 foreign languages including The NEW Art of Managing People (Free Press/Simon & Schuster, 2008); Charisma (Warner Books, 1998); The Platinum Rule (Warner Books, 1996); and Collaborative Selling (John Wiley & Sons, 1993). He is featured in over 50 audio/video programs and films, including Relationship Strategies (American Media); The Dynamics of Effective Listening (Nightingale-Conant); Non-Manipulative Selling (Walt Disney); and 30 Days to a more Powerful Brain (Nightingale-Conant).

Brandon Parker
Brandon has pioneered numerous custom website projects from basic design and marketing to comprehensive data driven programs.
Brandon has been a key employee in the
development of the assessment software systems for the Assessment Business Center in the areas of sales, leadership, team building, time management, behavioral styles, grammar skills, and listening. He has also developed structures for support and customer service patterns used along with the software systems.
Brandon earned his BA from Chapman University in Orange, California. He lives in Bishop, California.

industries. Steve has consulted clients in Medical Billing, Convention Meeting Organizing, Paper Recycling, and Construction Lien Processing. He was a member of the MIT Enterprise Forum of San Diego and the Independent Computer Consultants' Association where he served three years on the national board culminating as President and Chairman. He was a director on the National Board for the Institute for the Certification of Computer Professionals.
Steve provides overall management of our
assessment software programming staff
and was the key employee in the
architecture of our SQL server
databases. Steve received his BA and MA from
San Diego State University. He lives in San Diego, California.
