ABC – Admin Account Program
Corporate trainers or managers & independent trainers, consultants or coaches who are not candidates for a Private Label Site (because of the one-time up-front programming and yearly license fees or because of assessment usage of less than 250 per year) are ideal candidates for an Administrator (Admin) Account at any one or all of the ABC assessment sites. For corporate trainers or managers, your end users would be employees, managers, vendors, distributors or customers. For independent trainers, consultants or coaches, your end users would be your individual clients or client companies. In the Admin Account scenario, there are no up-front costs or yearly license fees. You purchase assessments in quantity, at a discount, as needed. You sell and manage you Admin Account within the individual ABC assessment sites (see ABC assessment catalog) with a single login to manage one or more of our ABC assessments. The Admin Account program is ideal for business owners, human resource professionals, in-house trainers and divisional managers in the Admin Account sector. Through the range of assessments available, your end users will be able to find out what they think of themselves, what others think of them, and where they stand in relation to others within your organization or industry. About the Admin Account Program As an Admin Account Client, you pre-purchase the assessment(s) from our extensive catalog at a substantial discount. Your end users will then have access to those assessments on the Internet via email invitations you send them through your Admin Account. After taking assessments, your end users and coworkers will see their self-assessment reports and be able invite others to complete an “observer” assessment on them. Here's a brief description of how the Admin Account program operates:
The Three Key Players in the Admin Account Process Administrator - Admin Account and Associate Clients will have an Administrator assigned to their ABC account. The Administrator is the person who distributes the assessments through email assessment invitations. The Administrator delivers the assessments to end users of a staff unit, family unit, board of directors, organization, coworkers, etc. End User - The End User is an individual who is invited and authorized to take assessments via email invitations from the Administrator. In the case of an individual purchase, the Individual is considered the End User and receives the same benefits and abilities as Admin Account End Users. Observer - The Observer is an individual who is invited by an End User to complete an online Observer assessment about the End User. This option is only valid for our 360º assessments. Some of our online assessments are self-scored only and do not involve observers. The Observer is a key feature to the ABC programs. By inviting Observers to complete assessments about them, End Users are able to acquire a 360º view of themselves. The self-assessment report is accurate, but it only provides End Users with their own point of view of themselves. Quite often, what the assessment is measuring is more easily observed by others. Though an End User may know what his or her own thoughts and motives are, the Observer may be more accurate in describing the End User's actual behavior and personality. Typically, within a 30-day period, End Users can invite an unlimited number of Observers to complete observer assessments. All the End User has to do is provide the Observer's name and email address and the observer invitation is sent automatically. Observers then receive an email from the End User requesting them to complete an assessment on the End User's behalf. Key Components in the Admin Account Process The Assessment - The assessments are online questionnaires that vary in length and subject. The questions that make up the assessments are completed by End Users, who receive access to the assessments from the Administrator. The Self-Assessment Report - End Users receive a comprehensive and personalized self-assessment report after completing an online assessment. The report is a vital tool for improving various aspects of the End User's behaviors. It provides a description of current behaviors as well as strategies for improving effectiveness in business and/or personal situations. eGraph - In addition to the self-assessment report, each End User will also be able to view his or her eGraph/bar chart results. For 360º assessments, as soon as an Observer completes an assessment on an End User, the result is depicted in the eGraph or bar chart graphs. Two Key Sites in the Admin Account Process Administrator (Admin Account) Home Page - The Administrator Home Page provides flexibility for training options and important data to track End User progress. It is a personalized, private page that allows the Administrator to:
End User Home Page - The End User Home Page is a personalized and private home page for each end user mostly used in the 360º assessment process. It is generally not used for self-assessments only as the end user report is emailed directly to the end user with a copy placed in the Admin Account home page. The End User Home Page allows the end user to:
