About the Associate Program
As an Associate Client of ABC, you will pre-purchase assessments from our extensive catalog at a substantial volume discount. You may decide to become an associate for one, two or any number of the assessments available in our catalog which fit with the scope of your practice.
Your own clients will then have access to the assessment(s) on the Internet via email invitations you send them. After taking an assessment, your client - called a Member in our system - will see their self-assessment report and invite others to take Observer Assessments. At the end of a thirty-day observer invitation period, your client will receive a composite summary report.
Here's a brief description of how the Associate program operates:
- You pre-purchase the assessment(s) you wish to include in your product offering at a substantial volume discount.
- You send your Members - your clients - emails, which authorize the Members to take the Assessments.
- The Members then click on a link in the email that takes them to your personalized Associate Assessment Page where they fill out a registration form and then take the assessment.
- After completing the assessments, the Members automatically receive web-based access to pages allowing them to view their reports and eGraphs - as long as you give them admittance to such information. The pages also allow them to invite observers to complete Observer Assessments. Once an observer has completed an Observer Assessment, the Member can access the Observer eGraphs.
The Three Key Players
Administrator - Corporate and Associate Clients will have an Administrator assigned to their ABC account. The Administrator is the person who distributes the assessments through email assessment invitations. The Administrator delivers the assessments to members of a staff unit, family unit, board of directors, organization, coworkers, etc.
Member - The Member is an individual who is invited and authorized to take assessments via email invitations from the Administrator. In the case of an individual purchase, the Individual is considered the Member and receives the same benefits and abilities as corporate and associate Members.
Observer - The Observer is an individual who is invited by a Member to complete an online Observer assessment about the Member.
The Observer is a key feature to the ABC programs. By inviting Observers to complete assessments about them, Members are able to acquire a 360º view of themselves. Within a thirty-day period, Members can invite an unlimited number of Observers to complete the assessments. All the Member has to do is provide the Observer's name and email address and the invitation is sent automatically. The Observer then receives an email from the Member requesting his or her attention to an assessment on the Member's behalf.
Key Components
The Assessment - The assessments are online questionnaires that vary in length and subject. The questions that make up the assessments are responded to by Members, who receive access to assessments from the Administrator.
The Self-Assessment Report - Members receive comprehensive and personalized self-assessment reports after completing the online assessment. The report is a vital tool for improving various aspects of the Member's personality and provides a description of current behaviors as well as strategies for improving effectiveness in both business and personal situations. The report also offers suggestions for others on how they can work with the Member more successfully in business and personal interaction.
eGraph - In addition to the self-assessment report, each Member will also be able to view his or her eGraph results. The eGraph is a grid of all the possible style outcomes from the assessment. The Member's self-assessed style is plotted with a red dot, and each Observer's assessment is also plotted. As soon as an Observer completes an assessment on a Member, the result is plotted on the Member's personal eGraph with a color-coded symbol denoting either a business or personal contact.
The Observer Composite Report - After at least five personal or professional Observers have responded to a Member's invitation to assess, the Member also receives an observer composite report. The report helps interpret the composite results of the Observers. This report is an important component to the total assessment program because it truly completes the 360º perspective for the Member. Members will also learn how to identify the behavioral patterns in others and how to deal with them most effectively.
The self-assessment report is accurate, but it only provides Members with their own point of view of themselves. Quite often, what the assessment is measuring is more easily observed by others. Though a Member may know what his or her own thoughts and motives are, the Observer may be more accurate in describing the Member's actual behavior and personality.
Three Key Sites
Administrator Home Page - The Administrator Home Page provides flexibility for training options and important data to track Member progress. It is a personalized, private page that allows the Administrator to:
- Pre-purchase assessments at a volume discount. An assessment package includes the assessment, the self-assessment report, the eGraph, an unlimited number of Observer Assessments during a thirty-day period, and the Observer Composite Report. All of the above are located on a personalized home page for each Member.
- Distribute assessments to members by simply entering each individual's name and email address. An automatic email is sent, which authorizes the Member to take an assessment.
- Track the account status to see how many assessments have been used, how many are left, and order more assessments as needed.
- View the eGraphs and reports of the Members you authorized to take the assessment. This feature also allows you to see which members have completed the assessment and send automated reminders to those who have not.
- Permit or block members from seeing their personalized self-assessment and eGraph. Why block? If you want to present the members with their reports and eGraphs at the time of the training session, meeting, etc.
- Print the collective results of up to twenty members on a single eGraph with color codes and a color key to identify each individual member. This feature is extremely useful when you're working with a group and want to see at a glance where everyone falls on the graph in relation to each other.
Administrator Assessment Page - After the Administrator distributes invitations to Members to take the assessments, an email is sent to the Members with a link to the Administrator Assessment Page. The page enables the Member to register and take the authorized assessment. Once the member takes and submits the assessment, one credit is deducted from the Administrator's account.
Member Home Page - The Member Home Page is a personalized and private home page for each member. The Member Home Page allows the member to:
- Invite Observers to complete the online Observer Assessment on the member.
- View the Observers invited. The Member can view - at a glance - all the Observers he or she has invited and see who has completed the Observer Assessment and who has not. For those Observers who have not yet completed the assessment, the Member can send an automatic reminder email requesting the Observer's attention.
- View and print comprehensive, personalized self-assessment report. (If the access has not been blocked by the Administrator.)
- View and print the personalized eGraph. (If the access has not been blocked by the Administrator.
- View and print the Observer Composite Report.
