We collect only the domain name, but not the email address, of visitors to our web site. We also track aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit and user-specific information on what pages visitors access or visit. When someone visits our sites, a cookie is placed on the customer's machine (if the customer accepts cookies) or is read if the customer has visited the site previously.
We collect information you give us - the names and email addresses of those who take our online assessments, the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, survey information and/or site registrations. We do not collect or track the email addresses of those who are asked to be observers (for our 360º assessments only) of those who purchase the online assessment. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web site, used to notify consumers about updates to our Web site and used by us to contact visitors for marketing purposes.
We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on us or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of ABC and its family of Websites, or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of services, or members of the public.
