For corporate trainers or managers, your end users would be employees, managers, vendors, distributors or customers. For independent trainers, consultants or coaches, your end users would be your individual clients or client companies.

There is an initial charge of US$250.00 to set up your Associate Administration Center (AAC) and no monthly charge. You will have access to all 20 assessments below at the AAC prices listed below. We will bill you the 1st of each month for the assessments used the previous month through your credit card that we program into your account.

We also provide numerous support materials - Complimentary Audio, Video, PP Slides, Weekly emails, and eBook Downloads – for DISC Trainers and Platinum Rule Trainers.

As an AAC client, you have access to valuable tools that will supplement sales training, continuing education, coaching, consulting, diversity training, and personal growth needs.

How Does the AAC Program Work?

Here's a brief description of how the Admin Account program operates:

• You pre-purchase in quantity (at a substantial volume discount) the assessment(s) you wish to administer to your end users.
• You send emails to end users with a unique link which authorizes the end users to take one or more assessments.
• The end users click on a link in the email which then takes them to a web page where they fill out a brief registration form and complete the assessment(s).
• You, as the AAC Administrator, control the viewing access of the assessment reports and eGraphs. If you plan on discussing the end user results and eGraphs during a seminar or consulting session, you're able to block access to those features until after your seminar or consulting session. Conversely, you can elect to have your end users view their reports immediately after completing the assessments. The choice is yours.
• Track your AAC account status to see how many assessments have been used, how many are left, and order more assessments as needed automatically online via a credit card.
• View the eGraphs/bar charts and reports of your AAC End Users. This feature also allows you to see which end users have completed their assessments so you can send automated reminders to those who have not.
• Print the collective results of a group of end users for team building and group coaching. This feature is extremely useful when you're working with a group and want to see at a glance how everyone scores in relation to each other.

The Three Key Players in the Admin Account Process

AAC Administrator - The AAC Administrator is the person who distributes the assessments via email invitations. The Administrator delivers the assessments to end users of a staff unit, family unit, board of directors, organization, coworkers, etc.

End User - The End User is the individual who is invited and authorized to take assessments via the email invitations from the AAC Administrator.

Observer - The Observer is an individual who is invited by an End User to complete an online Observer assessment about the End User. This option is only valid for our 360º assessments. Some of our online assessments/profiles are self-scored only and do not involve observers. End Users can invite an unlimited number of Observers to complete observer assessments at no additional charge to the end user or AAC. All the End User has to do is send an email to one or more observers with a special link automatically assigned to that end user requesting the observer(s) to complete the assessment on the End User's behalf.

• Has a powerful dashboard that makes management of your AAC easy, with numerous automated functions such as our email engine, customization ability of the site header and footer, customization ability of the assessment reports (extra cost), etc.
• Has full-time technical support (700am-600pm Pacific Time) to handle AAC Administrator and end user questions.
• Uses several back-up servers to secure the integrity of your data.
